What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a very gentle, but effective method of clearing physical or emotional trauma by kick starting the body’s natural healing system.
The body contains, and is surrounded by an electrical network of energy. Because energy runs through the muscles in your body, if anything impacts your electrical system that does not maintain or enhance your body’s balance, your muscles will weaken or unlock, indicating an energy blockage.
Thoughts, emotions, foods and other substances may have an impact on the body’s electrical system.
We are able to identify an energy blockage by using a technique called muscle testing. In this technique, we use muscles in the body to get “bio feedback” from the subconscious mind.
With this information the practitioner can use gentle techniques to correct imbalances in the emotional, chemical and structural systems of the body, thereby facilitating effective natural healing.
Kinesiology does not diagnose or treat named diseases, but holistically integrates all aspects that contribute to the client’s health and well-being.
